Off Plan Sales Manager

Off Plan Sales Manager Rocky Real Estate is looking for an experienced and results-driven Off Plan Sales Manager to lead our off-plan sales division, drive developer relationships, and grow revenue across Dubai's primary market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network of developers and investors, deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan landscape, and a track record of closing high-value deals while building and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the off-plan sales team to achieve individual and department targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.) to secure allocations and preferential terms Identify and onboard new developer partnerships and off-plan projects Drive sales strategy for new project launches, including pricing positioning and go-to-market planning Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to reservation, SPA signing, and handover Analyze market trends, competitor launches, and investor demand to inform sales strategy Represent Rocky Real Estate at developer launch events, roadshows, and investor briefings Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns and content around project launches Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews to senior management Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and internal documentation standards Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead role Established network of developer contacts and active investor/client base Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, payment plans, and RERA/DLD processes Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Valid UAE driving licence What We Offer: Competitive Salary + Commission Structure Access to top-tier developer inventory and exclusive launches Leadership role within a company backed by over 50 years of market presence Strong support infrastructure across marketing, admin, and operations Career growth and professional development opportunities Click Apply or Send your CV to Recruitment@rockyrealestate.com Department Off Plan Role Off Plan Sales Manager Locations Dubai Remote status Hybrid Applicant tracking system by Teamtailor
