Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria, with some flexibility to work remotely. The Real Estate Business Manager will oversee day-to-day property management operations, identify client needs, and coordinate property acquisition, leasing, and sales activities. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing property marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in property management and real estate marketing strategies
- Strong skills in client relationship management and contract negotiation
- Experience in market research and feasibility studies
- Understanding of local and international real estate laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a related field
- Proficiency with property management software and tools is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry, especially in the Nigerian market, is advantageous
