🇮🇩 1. Real Estate Sales Agents / Buyer Consultants

Location: Bali, Indonesia | Indonesian Nationals

Whether you're a fresh graduate looking to build a career in real estate or an experienced agent ready for something different, we'd love to hear from you.

We're open to:

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
• Experienced real estate professionals, including those who are not yet licensed.
• LSP-certified real estate brokers, preferably those who are not currently affiliated with a licensed real estate brokerage.

Having an LSP broker competency certificate is a strong advantage, but it is not a requirement to apply.

What matters most to us?

Your attitude, integrity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt.

We can teach you our systems, processes, and approach to buyer advisory. What we can't teach is genuine curiosity, accountability, and the desire to do right by your clients.

You'll be trained to become more than a sales agent. Our goal is to develop confident, knowledgeable Buyer Consultants who can build lasting relationships and guide clients through important property decisions.

🌍 2. Global Associates | International Buyer Representatives

Location: Worldwide | Remote | Outside Bali

We're also expanding our international network and looking for experienced sales and real estate professionals based in their home countries who want to connect their local networks with property opportunities in Bali.

This opportunity is particularly suited to:

• Experienced real estate agents and brokers with strong networks in their home markets.
• Licensed real estate professionals looking to expand their international property offering.
• Experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and closing transactions.
• Well-connected professionals who understand their local markets and want to develop international buyer relationships.

Existing real estate licensing, strong sales experience, and an established professional network are significant advantages.

As a Global Associate, you'll focus on developing relationships and introducing prospective international buyers, while working alongside our Bali-based team for local property advisory, verification, and transaction support.

You don't need to relocate to Bali. We want you to bring your knowledge of your own market, your relationships, and your expertise.
