About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced
Real Estate Cold Caller
to join one of our U.S.-based real estate clients. This is a
direct client placement
, giving you the opportunity to work closely with an established real estate team while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

What You'll Do
Make a minimum of
150 outbound calls and text outreaches per day
Prospect and qualify:
Buyer leads
Seller leads
New construction leads
Build rapport with prospects and identify their buying or selling motivation
Qualify leads based on timeline, budget, financing, and readiness
Generate qualified
live transfers
to licensed real estate agents
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM
Follow call scripts while naturally adapting conversations
Meet daily outreach and performance targets
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of real estate cold calling experience
Experience handling:
Buyer leads
Seller leads
New construction leads
Proven ability to qualify prospects and generate live transfers
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Experience using CRM platforms and dialers
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet home office with a noise-canceling headset
