Who we are Fund Partner ("FP"), formerly known as Capital Achievement (The Lab) at Ataol, is a service-led partnership structured as a special purpose vehicle (SPV), offering search fund management, venture studio management and family office services, with a liaison office in the UK.
Fund Partner Alternative Advisors ("FPAA") is an independent house of advisors within Fund Partner, co-founding or partnering with, investing in and actively managing ventures and spin-offs, and growing and diversifying established premium brands in hospitality, travel, real estate, leisure, F&B and luxury retail, with emerging and established entrepreneurs.
Ataol is a financial partnership offering M&A and debt advisory services and diversified financial affairs management.
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, with a presence in Istanbul since 2013 and in Izmir since 2024, the Partnership has established a strong reputation for structuring and implementing transformation solutions for its clients.
The opportunity We are seeking a Real Estate Entrepreneur (Origination, Screening and Marketing) for an initial 12-month entrepreneurial engagement within our Entrepreneurship Programme at FPAA.
As the Real Estate Entrepreneur, you will represent Fund Partner and build its hospitality, commercial and mixed-use real estate pipeline, originating, screening and marketing opportunities spanning the full property lifecycle, working one-to-one with Bahadır Ataol on a peer-to-peer basis, and with asset owners, developers and investors.
These opportunities range from off-plan and partially completed projects to completed assets, and may lead to sale, leasing, development and investment mandates and, where warranted, spin-offs.
The role • Shortlisting destinations and jurisdictions by assessing market fundamentals, tourism and investment demand, and regulatory and tax considerations • Mapping the real estate landscape in shortlisted destinations and originating opportunities, including assets with alternative-use potential • Screening opportunities, benchmarking them against comparable transactions and assisting in due diligence, including ESG criteria • Engaging asset owners, developers and intermediaries, securing mandates and managing the pipeline through to transaction • Supporting leasing mandates by connecting landlords with tenants, including premium hospitality, F&B and luxury retail brands • Identifying development opportunities, including stalled or partially completed projects, and supporting feasibility, completion strategies and partnerships with developers • Preparing marketing materials, information memoranda and teasers, and marketing off-plan units and completed assets to prospective buyers, tenants and investors • Representing Fund Partner at site visits, investor meetings and industry events, and accompanying the Partner • Shaping the real estate strategy and investment priorities in close collaboration with the Partner
The profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Land Economy, Real Estate Finance, Architecture, Urban Planning or a related field • Recent graduates and early-career candidates (no more than two years' professional work experience) • Strong interest in hospitality, commercial or mixed-use real estate and property investment; familiarity with F&B, leisure or luxury retail: a plus • Commercial awareness, strong relationship-building and presentation skills • Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently • An eye for emerging markets and destinations: a plus • Comfortable representing Fund Partner with asset owners, developers, investors and senior decision makers, in formal and social settings • Working knowledge of AI-powered market research or property data tools: a plus • Interest in entrepreneurship and in building and scaling ventures • Full professional proficiency in English • Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region • Proficiency in standard office tools • Degree from a UK or European university required
This role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional travel, both international and in Turkey, for market observation, destination research, site visits, investor meetings and partner accompaniment.
Remuneration This engagement carries no fixed salary; instead, it offers a success fee tied to securing mandates under a cooperation agreement and, where a new spin-off is established, an equity option, together with the opportunity to benefit from funding tranches and increases in enterprise value, and the realised value upon exit.
Note We do not accept applications submitted via agencies.
