Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Turkey)

Contract: 12 months (highly likely to extend)

We’re hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Cloud PaaS team, where you’ll help design, deliver, and operate a modern self-service Kubernetes platform supporting hundreds of developers across multiple application teams. Your work will directly enable a fast, secure, and reliable platform that underpins digital experiences used by over 20 million customers every week. This is a hands-on, senior role with real influence over platform architecture, reliability, and engineering standard

🏗️ What You’ll

• Be DoingOwn the architecture, development, and operation of a large-scale Kubernetes based PaaSWork closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define and deliver the technicalroadmap
• Build and operate platform capabilities at enterprise scale
• Design for reliability, fault tolerance, and operability, including participation in out-of-hours support whenrequired
• Enable and elevate the team by sharing technical knowledge, ideas, and best practices

Essential:

• Azure Cloud (Subscriptions, Networking, Load balancers, IAM)
• Kubernetes (AKS) in a PaaS capacity
• Terraform
• Helm
• Istio
• GitHub Actions
• GitOps experience (Flux/Argo)

Preferable:

• Crossplane
• Hashicorp Vault
• Typescript, Go, Python, Bash

Nice to have:

• Prometheus / Thanos / Grafana
• New Relic
• Kafka
• OPA Gatekeeper

✅ What You’ll Need to Know & Show

• Extensive hands-on commercial experience with AWS Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, including CI/CD and GitOps practices
• Experience building or working with internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions at scaleInfrastructure-as-Code experience, ideally using TerraformAbility to write production-quality code in TypeScript, Go, Python, or Bash
• Experience working in fast-paced DevOps environments
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, security, and auditing
• Solid knowledge of Service Operations, SRE principles, and ITIL responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Pragmatic, empathetic, and collaborative approach when working with teams and stakeholders
