Real-Time 3D / Unreal Engine Developer

Role Summary

Develop interactive 3D property experiences using Unreal Engine or web-based 3D frameworks, incorporating virtual navigation, camera controls, interactive hotspots, material switching, and browser performance optimization.

Duration: 1 month (Start ASAP)

Location: Dubai, UAE

About The Project

A real estate project focused on interactive and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring the 3D property into Unreal Engine or a web 3D framework
• Build room-to-room navigation and camera controls
• Add the floor plan, hotspots and info points
• Add finish / material switching
• Make it run fast in a web browser
• Hand over a working build with source code and notes
  
  

Experience Requirement

Must Have

• 4+ years of interactive 3D development experience, preferably within proptech or digital agencies, studios with interactive projects, or similar environments.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Three.js, React Three Fiber or PlayCanvas.
• Proven experience building walkthroughs, camera systems and user interactions.
• Strong skills in performance optimization and troubleshooting technical issues.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with virtual showrooms, property configurators or digital twins.
• Web 3D (WebGL) or Unreal Pixel Streaming experience.
