We are looking for an experienced Record to Report Senior Analyst to support key General Ledger activities. You will work closely with the team and business partners to ensure accurate and timely financial processes, resolve complex accounting topics, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Manage Record to Report activities for the assigned countries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with agreed commitments;
• Perform and oversee General Ledger activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and period-end adjustments.;
• Support timely and successful month-end closing and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls;
• Collaborate with teams and business partners to resolve complex accounting topics and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

You'll work with dedicated and collaborative teams, tackling complex accounting challenges and ensuring accurate, reliable, and efficient financial processes across the business.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounting, ideally in General Ledger accounting or external audit;
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• A solid understanding of accounting principles;
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus, along with good MS Office skills;
• Fluency in English (German is considered an advantage).

• Effective resolution of accounting issues and smooth collaboration with teams and business partners;
• Compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, while contributing to continuous process improvement.
