We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our growing company. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment at outstaff\outsourse IT companies Advanced level of English Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools such as (LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job sites, social media, etc.) Experience in creating job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting HR interviews Experience with creating and maintaining talent pools Experience with creating CV candidates for presenting to the client Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities:  managing the full cycle of recruiting sourcing candidates and initial screening of resumes conducting interviews maintaining Manatal and providing feedback to candidates creating CV candidates for presenting to the client What we offer: Remote job with the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
