About this role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter, R&D to join our Recruitment team and help us build the engineering, product and design teams behind TaxDome’s platform. In this individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll own end-to-end hiring for R&D roles – from IC and niche skill sets to leadership positions – partnering directly with senior hiring leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and directly impact how our organization grows.
It’s a fully remote role, we are hiring across EMEA (LATAM also considered).

What you’ll be responsible for

Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, product and design roles – from IC and niche skill sets to leadership hires
Run kickoff and intake sessions with hiring leaders to define role requirements, success profiles and hiring plans
Source and engage top technical talent globally, building pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
Partner with senior R&D leaders as a trusted advisor – challenging assumptions, presenting hypotheses and aligning hiring with business priorities
Monitor pipeline health, spot blockers early and bring solutions that keep hiring on track
Track and report on hiring metrics, using data to improve hiring quality, speed and efficiency
Use AI effectively to streamline sourcing, screening and reporting, and to raise the quality of your deliverables
Drive process improvements across R&D hiring and share learnings with the wider Recruitment team
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer

What you bring

Deep expertise in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of full-cycle hiring for engineering, product and design roles, including niche and leadership positions
Hands-on experience hiring globally, across multiple countries and markets
Track record of partnering with senior hiring leaders and shaping hiring decisions with data and market insight
Strong reporting and data analytics skills – you build pipeline reports, analyse funnel metrics and turn insights into action
Stakeholder management and influence – comfortable pushing back, presenting hypotheses and aligning stakeholders around business priorities
Ownership and proactivity – you spot blockers early and come with solutions
Business acumen – you understand how hiring connects to business goals and prioritise accordingly
Continuous improvement mindset – you consistently look for ways to raise hiring quality and efficiency
Proficient AI fluency – you've integrated AI into your daily recruitment workflows, critically evaluate outputs, adapt your approach based on results and share what works with peers
