Profile Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, or a customer-focused environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and clients. Experience using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online sourcing tools is advantageous. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to identify suitable talent for a variety of roles. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to achieving recruitment targets and objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable. Core responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate placements. Advertise job vacancies across various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates. Conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for available roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the hiring process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, recruitment priorities, and workforce needs. Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate recruitment data. Proactively source passive candidates through networking, databases, referrals, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn. Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for successful candidates into their new roles.
