Job Summary:

Grassroots Talent Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Recruiters on a commission-only basis. As a Remote Recruiter with Grassroots Talent Solutions, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings across different industries. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable computer and internet connection. Leads are not provided; you will be required to source your own candidates to maximize your earning potential. You will receive support from upper management to assist you in achieving your recruitment goals.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates using various online platforms and networking.

• Review and analyze resumes to determine suitability and fit for specific job roles.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment goals and targets.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

• Represent Grassroots Talent Solutions professionally and positively in all interactions with candidates.

Requirements:

• Must have a “hunter mentality” – Ability to source/find candidates without traditional platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of motivation and self-discipline.

• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote setting.

• Willingness to follow established recruitment processes and guidelines.
