About the Role

We are looking for motivated self-starters to join our recruitment network on a pure commission basis. You'll source, screen, and submit candidates for open positions across IT and non-IT roles. Your earnings depend entirely on your placements—ideal for those who want flexibility and uncapped income.

What You'll Do

• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed), social media, referrals, and your network

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates until joining

• Maintain candidate pipelines and update status regularly

• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth hiring processes

What You Need

• A laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection

• Prior recruitment or HR experience is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-disciplined, target-driven, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation model
