Silverlight works with professionals and businesses to create connections with global consulting and outreach opportunities.

We are currently expanding our network of marketers who will work part-time through an AI-assisted outreach platform. The platform is designed to automate most of the day-to-day outreach activities, allowing marketers to focus on generating opportunities and deals.

We are looking for motivated Recruiters who can help us identify, recruit, and onboard suitable marketers across our target markets.

About the Role

As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to find suitable marketers, communicate the opportunity to them, complete their onboarding, and provide them with access to our outreach platform.

The marketers you recruit may include:

• Sales professionals
• Current university/college students
• Recent graduates
• Freelancers or individuals interested in part-time opportunities
• People with sales, business development, lead generation, or outreach experience

You will be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates and helping them successfully join the platform.

Target Locations

Recruiters will primarily source candidates from:

Ukraine | Azerbaijan | Kosovo | Moldova | Armenia | Bosnia & Herzegovina | Belarus | Georgia | North Macedonia | Albania

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential marketers through LinkedIn, social media, communities, and other recruitment channels.
• Contact and explain the opportunity to suitable candidates.
• Guide selected candidates through the onboarding process.
• Collect the required candidate information.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure they successfully complete onboarding.
• Continuously build a pipeline of potential marketers.

What You Should Have

We are looking for people who are:

• Comfortable with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Confident communicating with people online.
• Able to use LinkedIn and other social platforms for sourcing.
• Good at explaining opportunities clearly.
• Organized and able to track multiple candidates.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Able to consistently source and onboard candidates.
• Previous recruitment, sales, lead generation, or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

This is a performance-based compensation structure.

Your actual earnings depend on your onboarding performance.

This means your total earnings can go significantly beyond the daily onboarding payments depending on the performance of the marketers you recruit.

There is no fixed monthly earning limit. Your earning potential depends on your recruitment volume and the deals generated by your onboarded marketers.
