US Healthcare Recruiter

Role Summary

We are hiring a US Healthcare Recruiter to work full time with one of our US healthcare clients.

You will find, screen, and hire nurses, nursing assistants, and caregivers on a steady basis. You will run the full process, from sourcing and phone screens to interview scheduling and handing new hires to HR.

Outsentia Health is a separate brand serving independent and physician-owned medical and dental practices with HIPAA-certified remote staff.

Our talent is office-based in Pakistan, Colombia, and other South Asia and LatAm markets. You will work from our office in Pakistan as a dedicated, full-time member of the client's team.

What You'll Own

Sourcing

• Create, post, and update job ads across job boards and social channels
• Source nurses and aides through job boards, networks, social media, referrals, and schools
• Build pipelines for current and anticipated openings
• Re-engage past applicants and follow up on every lead
• Support employee referrals

Screening & Scheduling

• Screen applications for minimum qualifications and fit
• Run initial phone or video screens on experience, licensure, availability, and pay expectations
• Check licenses and certifications against state records
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clinical leads
• Confirm attendance and keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process

Pipeline & Reporting

• Keep candidate notes, statuses, and dispositions current in the ATS
• Report weekly on applicants, screens, interviews, offers, and hires
• Track recruiting activity, source effectiveness, and open-position status
• Flag where candidates drop off and suggest changes to job ads and channels based on what is working

Onboarding Handoff

• Hand hires to HR for onboarding and follow up on next steps
• Support overflow onboarding tasks in the first months while the HR Specialist ramps up
• Handle all candidate information under HIPAA rules

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume U.S. healthcare recruiting (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, caregivers)
• Confident on the phone and organized in an ATS
• Working knowledge of U.S. nursing roles and licenses
• Clear and confident spoken English
• Strong organization and fast follow-up
• Willing to complete HIPAA training before starting
• Reports to the Operations Manager, working alongside your U.S. recruiter

Preferred Qualifications

• Home care or home health recruiting experience
• Experience writing job ads that get results
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing and outreach
• Experience recruiting across more than one U.S. state

Working Arrangement

• Location: Pakistan

• Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote

• Hours: US business hours
