Recruiter— Full-time Remote

We're hiring a Interviewing Specialist to drive high-volume candidate screening and intake for a rapidly growing recruiting firm. You'll take inbound calls with job seekers, qualify candidates using AI-powered skill assessments, and route qualified talent to open roles. This is an inbound sales-style role that frees up leadership to focus on business development—no recruiting experience needed, just professionalism and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake calls with job seekers and gather relevant background, skills, and job preferences

- Administer Claude AI skill-assessment questions to screen candidates

- Evaluate candidate fit against open roles and job descriptions

- Submit qualified candidates to the hiring team with clear notes and recommendations

- Coordinate with leadership on role availability and call scheduling

- Track key metrics (e.g., interview rates) and optimize candidate selection over time

- Maintain accurate records in the candidate database

- Follow up with candidates to communicate outcomes and next steps

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of professional business experience with a US, Canadian, or UK company

- Professional-level English (verbal and written) — you'll be the first voice job seekers hear

- Reliability and accountability; ability to manage your own schedule and meet quality standards

- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine interest in helping candidates succeed

- Comfortable learning and using AI tools (Claude) as part of your daily workflow

- Reliable internet connection and camera equipment for video calls

- Located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)

What the Role Is Not:

- Not just taking notes — you're evaluating fit and ownership of candidate quality

- Not a call-center job — you're representing the organization and building trust with senior candidates

- Not focused on call volume alone — we care about qualified submissions and interview rates
