Role: Recruiter
Team: Recruiting, Dubai
Location: Remote, anywhere in the UAE (team in Dubai)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, UAE hours
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Start: when you can, notice periods are fine
Every analyst opening in Dubai brings in hundreds of applications, and good candidates accept somewhere else if they wait more than a few days. You work through that pipeline: sourcing, first calls and a shortlist the partners can trust.
You search LinkedIn and university networks, screen candidates by phone, send case exercises, keep the weekly shortlist current, reply to every applicant and go to graduate fairs in the UAE. The partners deciding final rounds are in Las Vegas; las vegas is about half a day behind dubai.
What you need:
About Dune: a management consultancy in Las Vegas. Most of our work helps companies, many of them family groups and trading houses from the Gulf, start selling in the U.S.: first customers, distributors and partners, the operations behind the first orders. We also advise owners on strategy and deals.

- at least a year as a recruiter or recruitment coordinator, internships included
- an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn search
- a bachelor's in any subject
- campus hiring or LinkedIn Recruiter would help
