Servexo Protective Services is a veteran-owned federal government contractor providing professional security services across multiple states. Servexo is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the front end of the recruiting lifecycle, from job posting through offer, for security officer, supervisory, and administrative positions.

Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for posting requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and extending offers through Paycom. This position works closely with Operations, Service Delivery, Human Resources, and Onboarding to meet staffing requirements on time and in compliance with contract requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Post and manage job requisitions in the Paycom ATS and syndicate to Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, veteran programs, and job fairs
• Ensure all candidates complete a Paycom application before advancing to screening
• Review applications and conduct structured phone and video screenings against position and contract requirements
• Conduct interviews and make documented hiring decisions in compliance with EEO requirements
• Prepare and issue accurate offer letters in Paycom based on position and wage determination rates
• Manage the offer acceptance window and ensure a complete handoff to the Onboarding team
• Maintain accurate candidate status on the Monday.com Recruiting Pipeline board
• Present recruiting status updates during scheduled video meetings with camera on
• Coordinate with Operations, Service Delivery, Human Resources, and Onboarding on staffing priorities
• Represent Servexo professionally in all candidate and internal communications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle or front-end recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting
• Working proficiency in Paycom (ATS, applicant management, and offer letters)
• Working proficiency in Monday.com or a comparable pipeline and project tracking system
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and video conferencing platforms
• Experience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and resume databases, including Boolean search techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly on camera
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Recruiting experience in the security services, government contracting, or Service Contract Act (SCA) environment
• Familiarity with state security licensing requirements and federal background investigation processes
• Professional recruiting certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP, or PHR)

Work Environment

• Fully remote; candidates must reside in the State of Texas
• Fixed schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday
• Camera-on participation required for meetings and interviews
• Quiet professional workspace, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and headset required
• Background check required as a condition of employment
