Overview Young startup looking for ambitious and highly motivated recruitment professional to help source, interview, and onboard our on-demand provider team of fitness instructors, chefs, maids, massage therapists and more. Flamingo is a community engagement solution providing fitness programming, concierge services and technology to large apartment and commercial buildings. We currently service all the major US cities including Chicago, Minneapolis, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Boston. Who we are Flamingo is an all-in-one community engagement solution. For residents in apartment buildings, this means an app with their building name and logo that they can use for everything from rent payment to booking maids. For property managers, this means a website where they can instantly book social events for their residents like chefs to cater or do cooking classes or fitness instructors to teach onsite fitness classes. Your Role Communities rely on our solution to book the best service providers like chefs, caterers, fitness instructors, maids, dog walkers and more. You'll use our recruiting software to source the best providers by reading provider applications, reviewing their certifications, phone interviewing them, and finally hiring and on-boarding the providers that fit our criteria. The provider recruitment role is extremely important because without amazing providers, our company doesn't exist. Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited: Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards Screen candidates resume and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Onboard new providers in order to become fully integrated Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Your Qualifications HR experience sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates Extremely organized Strong command of American English Strong work ethic. You take pride in working harder and smarter than your competition, and have the discipline to maintain a consistently high volume of candidates Highly motivated and results oriented. You are driven by creating impact and winning, and take full ownership of achieving personal and team objectives. Collaborative. You work closely with customer success and operations to ensure strong execution, and do things outside of your job description to help the team. Strong decision-making skills College Degree preferred
