Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition across the APAC region , with specific focus in recruiting sales roles based in Singapore. This contract role is for a 3-month period engagement with an opportunity for extension. The ideal candidate has strong regional recruitment expertise, is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across time zones, and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across APAC markets (e.g., Singapore, South East Asian other countries, , Australia as applicable)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing pool
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline tracking in the ATS
• Provide regular hiring updates and metrics to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws across different APAC countries

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with prior exposure to hiring for roles in Singapore and Australia.
• Experience recruiting and interacting with candidates across multiple countries/cultures within APAC
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract environment
• Based in Singapore; must be able to work across APAC time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience in [industry, e.g.,fin tech, SaaS product hiring
• Familiarity with visa/work authorization nuances across Singapore
