Talent ShoreJob Description Job Description: Candidate Resourcer (UK Market – Life Sciences) Job Overview We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Candidate Resourcer to support our UK Life Sciences recruitment efforts. This role is suited to a South African-based recruiter with experience sourcing across the UK market within pharma, biotech, and related sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience aligned with UK market expectations. Key Responsibilities ● Source and attract top talent across the UK life sciences sector, including pharma, biotech, and clinical research organisations. ● Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. ● Conduct structured screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability, motivations, and alignment with client briefs. ● Collaborate with Sales Consultants to understand UK-specific client requirements and hiring trends. ● Build and maintain talent pipelines across key verticals and skill sets. ● Keep informed of UK market trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory considerations. ● Meet and exceed KPIs related to sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and delivery output. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Bullhorn or equivalent ATS systems. Qualifications & Skills ● Proven experience recruiting for the UK market (remote from South Africa). ● Demonstrated success as a candidate-focused resourcer (delivery role only). ● Experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech is highly preferred. ● Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search methodologies. ● Experience using Bullhorn or similar ATS platforms. ● Solid understanding of UK hiring practices, candidate expectations, and compliance considerations. ● Strong communication skills with the ability to engage UK-based candidates effectively. ● Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
