The Role As Recruiter - Western Europe, you’ll play a key role in connecting Bodycote with the external talent market, driving attraction and hiring solutions to support business performance and growth. You’ll take ownership of end to end recruitment across Western Europe, with a particular focus on France and Germany, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.
