Hiring: Recruiters for Romania & Poland Location Location – 100%Remote N Consulting Ltd is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Romania and Poland, supporting both contract and permanent hiring. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies Conduct interviews and provide candidate feedback Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics 🔹 Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment (preferably consultancy) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Experience with ATS and recruitment tools Ability to work independently and in a team 🔹 Nice to Have: Industry-specific recruitment experience Knowledge of current recruitment trends HR/recruitment certification 📍 Location: Romania & Poland 📄 Role Type: Contract & Permanent Location: Remote
