About The Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to help us deliver an exceptional and efficient hiring experience as YipitData continues to grow.
You’ll be a critical member of the Recruiting team, owning the operational details that keep our hiring processes moving—from interview scheduling and candidate coordination to maintaining accurate recruiting systems and supporting the launch of new roles.

What You’ll Do
Own Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, including across time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interview scheduling, ensuring candidates are informed, prepared, and supported.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and to ensure positive candidate experience and issues to keep the hiring moving.
- Coordinate candidate reference checks with Recruiters, and promptly share findings with hiring teams.
Keep Recruiting Operations Running Smoothly
- Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and job information in Greenhouse and other recruiting systems.
- Support job openings and postings, and monitor workflows for missing feedback, delays, or other bottlenecks.
- Ensure interview plans, scorecards, and recruiting documentation are accurate and completed on time.
- Coordinate the candidate’s transition from offer acceptance to onboarding, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Global People Operations team.
Partner With Recruiters & Hiring Teams
- Provide timely, reliable support to recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and People partners.
- Ensure interview teams have the information and resources they need.
- Support multiple searches and shifting priorities, communicating proactively when timelines or needs change.
Improve How We Work
- Identify opportunities to make recruiting processes faster, simpler, and more scalable.
- Maintain recruiting templates, trackers, documentation, and resources.
- Support recruiting projects and reporting, proactively taking ownership of what needs to happen next.
You Are Likely to Succeed If You
- Have 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting.
- Have experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, or another ATS.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and systems.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with candidates and internal partners.
- Show strong judgment, initiative, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and proactively identify and solve problems.
Bonus Points
- Experience coordinating across multiple time zones or supporting high-volume hiring.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, or process documentation.
- Experience implementing process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and overall hiring process

This role may be performed fully remotely. Candidates must have primary residency (and be physically located) in the country of hire (AKA Colombia) in order to be considered for the position.
