With established PSL agreements, dozens of live vacancies and high-fee clients already in place, you’ll be joining a commercially successful operation with the infrastructure to accelerate your billings from day one.

The opportunity

You’ll work within an established specialist recruitment team, developing relationships with clients across Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Dental, Animal Health, Scientific and Engineering markets.

The business has an exceptional track record of developing high-performing recruiters, including individuals who have generated seven-figure annual billings.

With established client accounts, live requirements, significant average placement fees and access to major PSLs, the opportunity is to develop your commercial ability within a platform already producing substantial results.

What we’re looking for

We’re open to recruiters with a minimum of 12 months’ agency recruitment experience.

Previous Life Sciences experience isn’t essential. Recruiters from Technology, Engineering, Finance, Professional Services or other specialist markets will be considered.

You’ll need to demonstrate strong commercial potential, an understanding of business development and the ambition to build a successful recruitment career.

Whether you’re currently billing consistently or have shown strong potential in your first year, we’re interested in recruiters who want greater earning potential, better infrastructure and genuine long-term progression.

The business is particularly interested in individuals who want to develop into high-performing consultants, future team leaders and eventually senior management as its UK and international operations expand.
