Operating across the UK and US legal markets, we partner with leading international law firms, US firms and specialist boutiques on high-value legal recruitment mandates.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing high-value UK and US legal recruitment mandates

• Building relationships with leading law firms and legal professionals

• Developing your own client and candidate networks

• Working across multiple practice areas

• Driving new business and executing permanent placements

• Contributing to the continued growth of Wicker Hamilton

Who We're Looking For

• Understand law firms and legal practice areas

• Are commercially driven and relationship-focused

• Enjoy business development and building their own desk
