We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you have recruitment experience or a background in sales, we’re interested in people who enjoy working with others, building relationships and achieving results.

We partner with leading brands across Tech, Media, Finance, Legal, Food, Insurance and more.

What will you be doing?

• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates for client vacancies.
• Understand client requirements and provide a consultative recruitment service.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to offer and placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop strong candidate networks and long-term client partnerships.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of your desk.
• Manage recruitment timelines and deliver an excellent experience for clients and candidates.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual and company goals.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in recruitment, sales or another commercially focused, client-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset and motivation to achieve targets.
• A consultative approach with a genuine interest in understanding client and candidate needs.
• Good organisation, initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
