Are you a strategic HR professional who enjoys making a real impact on business performance?
I’m working on an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to join a well-established, fast-growing international business with a portfolio of much-loved consumer brands.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this is a high-impact role for someone who can connect people strategy with commercial priorities, build leadership capability and help drive the business forward.
What will you be doing?
- Strategic Business Partnering: Working closely with leaders across the Commercial division to align people priorities with business objectives and support the delivery of the wider strategic agenda.
- Talent & Leadership Development: Building capability, developing talent pipelines and supporting succession planning to ensure the business has the skills it needs for the future.
- Organisational Effectiveness: Identifying opportunities to improve team effectiveness, organisational design and ways of working.
- Performance Management: Helping leaders build and maintain a high-performance culture, with a focus on accountability, engagement and development.
- Employee Relations: Providing sound, pragmatic advice on complex people matters and supporting fair, consistent outcomes.
- Change & Transformation: Supporting business change and helping leaders and teams navigate an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Who am I looking to speak with?
This opportunity could suit an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with strong strategic and commercial experience, or a Senior Manager within an HR Advisory or People Consulting firm who has partnered with clients on organisational effectiveness, talent, performance and wider people strategy.
- You’ll be commercially astute, confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable challenging thinking, influencing decisions and translating business priorities into practical people solutions.
- You’ll also be resilient, self-motivated and pragmatic, with the credibility to hold your own in a demanding environment. Just as importantly, you’ll be curious, ambitious and keen to continue developing your career.
- This is not a traditional People Operations role. It’s an opportunity to take a more strategic position, influence business decisions and help shape the capability and effectiveness of a key commercial division.
