Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating recruitment activities and interview schedules
• Communicate with applicants regarding interview arrangements and updates
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
• Help prepare recruitment documents and basic reports
• Follow up on application progress and outstanding tasks
• Coordinate with team members to support an organized hiring process
• Handle candidate information professionally and confidentially

Requirements

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable using a computer, email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Responsible, approachable, and willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment
