Looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading AI-focused organisation? We're hiring an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team.

📍 Location: Australia – Remote

📄 Contract: 12 Months (Fixed-Term)

💼 Experience: 4+ Years

🌏 Eligibility: Locals / Permanent Residents only

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, debriefs, and reference checks across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline recruitment operations.
• Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements.
• Support the development of candidate experience initiatives and recruitment programs.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to enhance recruitment workflows and drive automation.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Recruitment Coordination, Interview Scheduling, or Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent written communication and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
