About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter (Freelancer) to support our international recruitment activities across Romania, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and screening qualified IT candidates while building a strong talent pipeline in local markets.

Important: Candidates must currently reside in Romania, Kazakhstan, or Uzbekistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified IT candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, professional communities, and personal networks.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.
• Recruit for various IT positions, including Software Engineers, Frontend/Backend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the assigned local markets.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical backgrounds, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the internal Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, market insights, and candidate feedback.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Romania, Kazakhstan, or Uzbekistan.
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to international or cross-border hiring.
• Good understanding of the local IT talent market and recruitment channels in the residing country.
• Proven ability to source and attract IT candidates across different technical disciplines.
• Strong communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage recruitment priorities, and meet agreed hiring targets.
• Good command of English for communication with international stakeholders.
• Experience working as a freelancer or independent recruiter is a plus.
