Do what you say and say what you do The Position We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Office Manager Intern to support our Human Resources team across various functions, including office management, onboarding, administrative work and even recruitment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment while developing key HR skills. What you’ll be doing: Supporting onboarding and offboarding preparations together with the rest of the team Organising teambuildings, after work parties and other events in the office and outside the office Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials or reports for internal HR use Welcoming visitors and assisting with meeting room bookings or office tours Ensuring a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment Managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders and coordinating with vendors Supporting travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and calendar coordination Helping the HR team with any other projects depending on priorities Contributing to the well-being of the whole team at LIZY Supporting initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture 🙍‍🙋‍♂️About you Your profile: An ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Motivated to pursue a career in Human resources Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit Comfortable working with confidential information Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch 🤩 Perks and Benefits At LIZY, we know that building a winning business starts with building an incredible team.
