Recruitment Assistant / Recruiter – Remote

We are expanding our recruiting team and looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruitment Assistant / Recruiter to join us remotely.

This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who enjoys finding strong candidates, speaking with professionals, managing multiple open positions, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other platforms
• Reach out to potential candidates through calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Screen candidates for experience, qualifications, compensation, location, and overall fit
• Review resumes and identify candidates who meet client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and candidate availability
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate candidate and job information
• Work on multiple open positions across different industries
• Provide daily updates on recruiting activity and pipeline progress
• Participate in brief morning and end-of-day team check-ins
• Work closely with your assigned manager to prioritize positions and improve results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence speaking with candidates on the phone
• Strong research and candidate-sourcing abilities
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and online recruiting platforms
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple assignments
• Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Strong follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with goals, activity expectations, and performance metrics
• Previous recruiting experience is preferred, but strong candidates with excellent communication skills will also be considered

Compensation

Competitive compensation with additional placement-based incentives/commission for successful hires.
