AI Automation & Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Integration Specialist to build and manage advanced AI-driven automation systems for a real estate business.

The ideal candidate should be highly technical and capable of connecting multiple platforms, APIs, AI tools, and automation systems to create solutions that reduce manual work and improve marketing and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build advanced automations using n8n, AI tools, and GHL
• Integrate GHL, Meta Ads, Gmail, APIs, and other platforms
• Build AI-driven lead generation, nurturing, follow-up, and conversion workflows
• Develop systems that analyze Meta Ads and GHL data and provide performance reports and recommendations
• Build web scraping and data extraction systems from websites, URLs, emails, PDFs, and other sources
• Connect automation systems with a custom Node.js website through APIs
• Automate Gmail monitoring and generate daily summaries of important emails and leads
• Build AI workflows that can analyze information, recommend changes, and execute approved actions
• Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and internal automation tools
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automation systems

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AI automation and workflow development
• Advanced n8n experience
• Strong experience with APIs and third-party integrations
• Experience with GHL automations and AI agents
• Experience with Meta Ads / Meta Ads Manager
• Strong web scraping and data extraction experience
• Strong coding and technical problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Node.js or custom-built websites
• Ability to work independently and design solutions from scratch
• Experience building AI-powered applications or automation systems

Preferred

• Real estate technology or real estate automation experience
• Experience with Gmail API, Google Drive/OneDrive, and database systems
• Experience building dashboards or internal SaaS tools

Important: This is not a basic GHL or VA role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the technical implementation, architect complex automations, integrate different systems, and build custom AI-powered solutions.

Hours: Part-time initially, with potential for increased hours as the project develops
