We are looking for a Reddit Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Reddit Ads and the Betting/Gambling vertical to join our team.

You will be responsible for building the traffic acquisition infrastructure from scratch, launching and optimizing performance campaigns, and scaling successful strategies across key markets, including the UK and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Build traffic acquisition infrastructure from scratch: establish a stable buying process, develop account infrastructure, and coordinate Reddit Pixel and Conversions API setup with the technical team.

• Launch and manage performance campaigns: set up campaigns, navigate ad moderation requirements, optimize performance, and scale campaigns in the Betting/Gambling vertical across key GEOs, primarily the UK and Canada.

• Develop and test creatives and funnels: generate hypotheses and run A/B tests across ad copy, static and video creatives, and pre-landers, adapting messaging to the tone and context of relevant Reddit communities.

• Research Reddit communities: identify and analyze relevant subreddits, keywords, and audience interests to improve targeting and campaign performance.

• Optimize and scale campaigns: test creatives, bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to identify winning combinations and increase traffic volume while maintaining performance.

Requirements

• Reddit Ads experience: at least 6 months of hands-on experience buying traffic through Reddit Ads in the Betting/Gambling vertical.

• Moderation expertise: practical experience navigating advertising moderation requirements in the Gambling vertical, with an understanding of Reddit ad formats, native ad copy, creative guidelines, and compliant landing page requirements.

• Reddit-specific targeting: ability to identify, research, and analyze relevant subreddits and communities, as well as work with interest-based and keyword targeting.

• Scaling experience: a strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies for creatives, bids, budgets, and targeting to identify and scale successful campaigns.

• Analytical mindset: ability to evaluate campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
