We are supporting a leading global FMCG / Consumer Products organisation in the delivery of a regional transformation programme across ASEAN.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Change Lead to coordinate change management activities across the organisation’s factories in the ASEAN region. The role will focus on stakeholder engagement, local readiness and the successful adoption of programme changes across the relevant factory locations.

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional meetings at the client’s office in Bangkok, Thailand

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change management activities for factories across the ASEAN region.
• Translate programme-level objectives into a practical regional change approach.
• Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments across the relevant locations.
• Develop and coordinate change, communication and engagement activities.
• Work with regional and local stakeholders to support implementation readiness and adoption.
• Identify change-related risks, dependencies and resistance, and define mitigation actions.
• Coordinate activities across factory locations and relevant programme workstreams.
• Ensure local and regional change activities remain aligned with the wider transformation programme.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience as a Change Lead, Change Manager or Organisational Change Management professional.
• Proven experience supporting complex transformation or implementation programmes.
• Experience coordinating change across multiple locations, countries or business units.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, readiness and adoption.
• Ability to work effectively with both regional stakeholders and local teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to start at short notice and travel occasionally to Bangkok.

Preferred Background

• Experience supporting transformations involving factories, manufacturing locations or operational environments.
• Experience working across the ASEAN region.
• Experience within FMCG, Consumer Products, manufacturing or another complex international organisation.
• Prosci or an equivalent change management certification.
• Previous consulting experience.
