Join us as a Regional Governance Support Expert, Medical Technology and help shape effective governance practices across a dynamic global organisation. Working closely with regional stakeholders, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks through the coordination of training, events, projects, and operational activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and collaborative professional to contribute to business success, drive consistency and compliance, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes worldwide.

This is a full-time Hybrid/Remote role depending on location.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, processes, and standards across the Medical Technology business.
  • Coordinate governance-related training, onboarding activities, workshops, and awareness initiatives to promote best practices.
  • Organise governance meetings, committees, and events, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up of actions.
  • Maintain governance documentation, records, databases, and agreement processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for governance-related queries, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Assist with third-party partner onboarding, compliance due diligence activities, and the management of governance tools and systems.
  • Support governance projects by coordinating activities, tracking milestones, monitoring risks, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and meeting materials, and contribute to audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Economics, Law, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in governance, compliance, business operations, project coordination, or a similar function, ideally within the healthcare or medical technology industry.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional and international teams.

• Professional, service-oriented approach with a high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.

• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

• Proactive problem-solver with strong planning, prioritisation, and project coordination capabilities.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and global stakeholders.

• Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other business systems such as CRM, SAP, and document management tools.

• Fluent in English – Written and Verbal.
