In Switzerland, we work with 300 experts who support our customers on their various projects in the French- and German-speaking parts. We help our customers to diversify and to grow through the work of our consultants and the technical expertise of our Solution & Project Delivery Department.

To strengthen our Solution & Project Delivery Department we are looking for a Regional Head of Project Delivery - Switzerland & Germany.

The Role:

As the Head of Project Delivery (PD) for the Switzerland and Germany regions you will be accountable for the overall success of managed services projects (Programs) by overseeing the successful delivery of projects for those regions. You will be involved and significantly contribute to the RFQ/RFP process to create proposals with successful bids for project execution. You will contribute to the Solution & Project Delivery Department as a key leader to the growth of the Switzerland and Germany region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and leadership for all managed service project delivery for the Switzerland and Germany.
• Ensure that the Group's strategy and related objectives, standards and best practices are effectively and systematically implemented.
• Contribute significantly, ensuring full compliance with the bid submission process, including all necessary reviews (GNG, BNB, Finance, Legal)
• Oversee all results-commitment project delivery for managed services, including active sponsorship.
• Take ownership for all aspects of programme management (Governance, risks and opportunities, project recovery, quality assurance, profitability, skills development, etc.)
• Develop and improve the knowledge Management in terms of Project Management and interaction with PMOs.
• Be a key leader in the growth and leadership of the region within Efor Group.
• Provide inputs to resourcing for projects and provide mentoring and coaching to the CQ project Managers.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification & preferably an advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Management.
• 12 years of project management & CQ experience including the ability to demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects including Profit & Loss, or a Cost or Profit Centre, Business Unit etc.
• Ability to manage / oversee multiple large cross-sector CQ/CSV projects (multiple customers and technologies)
• Project Delivery & CQ Knowledge
• Experience in mentoring & coaching team leads and managers.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.

This is a hybrid role.
