  • Coach District Managers on using business insights and key metrics to improve store performance.

  • Manage District Manager expenses and ensure appropriate financial controls are maintained.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen overall store execution.

Retail Operations & Customer Experience

  • Drive consistent execution of retail standards, operational priorities, and company initiatives across the region.

  • Ensure stores deliver a consistent, engaging, and on-brand customer experience.

  • Provide leadership and direction in areas including customer experience, inventory, merchandising standards, operational execution, and key performance metrics.

  • Represent the store and field perspective when partnering on new initiatives, programs, tools, and processes.

  • Ensure operational priorities and expectations are clearly communicated and consistently executed across districts and stores.

  • Identify opportunities to improve store processes, tools, and resources.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Develop strong partnerships across Retail Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, and other business functions.

  • Partner with retail leadership and cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions related to store operations, talent, and business development.

  • Support the execution of an integrated omni-channel strategy and customer experience.

  • Oversee store events to ensure they align with business objectives, budgets, and established event criteria.

  • Bring the store perspective into cross-functional planning to help ensure initiatives are practical, effective, and execution-ready.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 10+ years of progressive retail management experience.

  • 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple markets or districts.

  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing multi-unit retail leaders.

  • Strong understanding of retail financials, including sales, profitability, payroll, expenses, and key performance indicators.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action.
