You'll work closely with the Regional Property Manager and community teams to drive occupancy, improve operational performance, support training initiatives, and ensure company policies and procedures are executed consistently. Pay & Benefits
- $65,000-$72,000/annually, paid biweekly, plus:
- $100 leasing commission per lease signed
- $1,000 Sign-on bonus

Type: Full-time.
Schedule: Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular travel throughout the region is required.
Minimum Experience: Two years of property management experience required. High Schol Diploma or GED required. ARM, CAM, or NALP designation preferred.
What you'll do:
As the Regional Operations Specialist, you'll support communities across the region by helping drive occupancy, operational excellence, and team success. You'll:
- Support on-site teams with training and operational guidance
- Audit leasing, lead management, and compliance processes
- Assist with occupancy goals and leasing performance
- Review commission reports, accounts payable, and property operations
- Support marketing, social media, and special projects
- Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support resident satisfaction
- Travel throughout the portfolio to provide hands-on support
What We're Looking For
- Property management experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio
