Learn more: www.assurity.com/careers ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 50% Assist regional sales teams increase premium and sales in assigned territory that is consistent with product and strategic goals, which includes: Prospecting, recruiting, developing, and strengthening relationships with distributors; and Making weekly appointments with current or potential sources of distribution. 50% Effectively assists in the management of the assigned territories, which includes: Working collaboratively with regional sales managers, regional wholesalers, and distributors to develop territory to meet sales goals; and Utilizing Hub Spot CRM and measurables for basic territory management and contact management reporting. Training And Development Associate will follow a structured training process, which includes: Industry knowledge Life and Health License; CLU, LUTCF Assurity Products Brokerage and Worksite Distribution Personal Productivity Home Office Operations After Initial training this position may transition to a Regional Wholesaler position. Associate Is responsible for building and managing a territory. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field or relevant experience. PHYSICAL AND WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS May require work more than 40 hours a week in order to complete functions of position. Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function to this position. Hybrid position based in Lincoln, NE. Requires three days per week onsite and provides a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays.
