Regional Sales Manager

An exceptional opportunity has opened for a high‑impact sales leader to help shape efm’s growth as Regional Sales Manager – Victoria. In this influential role, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of new business acquisition while delivering sustainable, profitable growth across the state. You’ll also build, coach and lead a high-performing sales team—setting direction, lifting capability and driving consistent commercial outcomes. The role will be based at efm’s head office in Moorabbin, and interstate travel from time to time will be required.
