WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own and deliver the regional sales plan for Nordics and Baltics, with responsibility for revenue, growth, market share and profitability.
- Commercial responsibility for Panasonic passive components across the assigned region.
- Manage, protect and grow existing customers, increasing Panasonic share by converting concrete sales opportunities.
- Acquire new customers and business opportunities that directly support agreed regional sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts including risks and during market technological shifts and fluctuations.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, terms and contracts according to agreed targets.
- Coordinate closely with European Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Customer Service and the distribution network to ensure strong customer support and disciplined commercial execution.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Some years of experience in a commercial, sales-driven B2B environment, ideally within industrial technology sector.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ambition to win, identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable business growth.
- High level of ownership and accountability, with a proactive “I will make it happen” mindset.
- Customer-first mindset, combined with energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for sales.
- Strong self-organisation and the ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and follow through on commitments.
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills, combined with the ability to listen, understand customer needs and build trusted relationships.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components is welcome, while strong curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Fluent English is required; Swedish is highly preferred, with other Nordic languages considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region, up to 60%; a valid driving license is required.
