Registered Nurse (Telehealth) – Medicinal Cannabis

Australia | Fully Remote | Flexible Part-Time

GreenHeart Medical is seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse to join our growing telehealth team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Australia-based RN looking to work from home while developing expertise in the rapidly growing medicinal cannabis sector. You'll be supported through a structured onboarding program and have opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge as you grow within the role.

About the Role

You'll conduct telehealth assessments, educate and support patients throughout their treatment journey, and develop a thorough understanding of our clinical systems, patient pathways, and the medicinal cannabis framework.

As you become established in the role, you'll also gain experience managing:

• Clinical escalations
• Adverse event follow-up
• Patient complaint resolution
• Pharmacy-related enquiries
• Clinical investigations

This position is ideal for emotionally intelligent nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, structured telehealth environment and enjoy delivering exceptional patient care remotely.

Hours

This is a flexible, fully remote position commencing at approximately 5–10 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours as the clinic continues to grow.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no conditions, restrictions, or undertakings
• Minimum two years' post-graduate nursing experience
• Strong patient assessment, care planning, and clinical monitoring skills
• Experience caring for patients with chronic health conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and clinical documentation skills
• Sound clinical judgement and problem-solving ability
• High emotional intelligence and resilience when managing sensitive patient interactions
• Experience using telehealth platforms, electronic medical records, and secure digital communication systems
• The ability to work independently while following structured clinical processes and performance standards

Highly Regarded

• Experience or knowledge within the medicinal cannabis industry
• Mental health nursing experience
• Previous telehealth experience
