To strengthen our growing Business Unit Personal Care in Warsaw, we are looking for a Regulatory Specialist Personal Care who combines strong expertise in personal care legislation and product safety with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Your mission @ IMPAG You will be responsible for the Personal Care regulatory area at IMPAG Poland and will be a member of the international Regulatory Group within IMPAG Group. You will provide regulatory support to our Personal Care divisions, focusing on cosmetic legislation and ensuring compliance with European and national chemical regulations. Work @ IMPAG Ensure compliance with applicable chemical and product safety regulations, including REACH, CLP/GHS and relevant national and EU legislation. Manage regulatory aspects of product onboarding, including the review, verification, and maintenance of product-related data and documentation. Prepare, maintain and manage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and regulatory documentation. Classify products according to chemical and dangerous goods legislation. Develop and verify product labeling in accordance with regulatory requirements. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on our product portfolio and business activities. Provide regulatory guidance and support to employees across the organization, while coordinating with suppliers and customers. Conduct regulatory research, data analysis and internal training activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of regulatory processes and compliance standards across the organization. Competences @ IMPAG University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, regulatory affairs or a related scientific field. Experience in regulatory affairs, product safety or compliance within the chemical, cosmetics, personal care or related industry. Good knowledge of European and national chemical legislation, especially REACH and CLP/GHS. Understanding of product safety requirements and regulatory documentation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluent in Polish and English; German would be a strong advantage. Confident use of MS Office applications and regulatory data management systems.
