• Experience in reinsurance broking / sales is a must.
• Strong business development and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• A strong commercial mindset and passion for generating new business.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with insurer's, reinsurers and corporate clients.
• Male or Female.
