Remote Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. This full-time, remote role involves supervising activities such as accounts payable, receivable, billing, and general ledger maintenance. The supervisor will lead and mentor the accounting team, review journal entries, prepare financial reports, support month-end and year-end closings, and coordinate with auditors. Key responsibilities include identifying process improvements and preparing ad hoc analysis for management.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 3-5+ years of progressive experience with supervisory duties, proficiency in accounting software (Oracle NetSuite preferred), advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities.
