Remote ADC Manager

NOTE: Maximum range is provided as an example of the wage/salary range for each position and its earning capacity given factors such as time in position, longevity with the company education level, and performance experience. Newly entering employees should expect to enter at the minimum to midrange level, and not the cap which is for employees with tenure and above level skill sets in that position.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible for the overall management and performance of Attended Donation Centers (ADCs), ensuring operational goals are achieved while maintaining budgetary and expense targets. Provides leadership, coaching, and direction to ADC team members to promote operational efficiency, customer service excellence, and compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and safety standards. Oversees staffing, scheduling, performance management, training, and operational execution across assigned locations. Serves as a resource and supports ADC staff, conducts site visits, addresses operational challenges, and ensures consistent implementation of company initiatives and best practices. Provides operational coverage and support as needed to maintain business continuity and meet organizational objectives.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Three years’ relevant experience including supervision. Prior remote site experience is desirable. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. Valid CA driver’s license, liability insurance, and a DMV record acceptable to Goodwill’s insurance company.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to be flexible within a variety of deadlines. Ability to be on-call weekends and holidays. May be required to obtain company Forklift Certification. May be required to obtain Hazardous Waste Certification.
