Remote Admin & Operations Manager (Full-time, Pakistan)

Remote Admin & Operations Manager (Full-time, Pakistan)

About us

Bridal Ventures is a Dubai-based group of wedding and lifestyle brands, including Simply Coordinated, Bridal Assists, The RSVP Team and Mi Casa Edit among others. We’re growing fast and need someone to keep the back office running smoothly, working remotely from Pakistan.

The role

This is a full-time, dedicated position, not freelance or part-time. You’ll be the operational backbone of the business: making sure every client is contracted, invoiced, followed up and answered on time.

What you’ll do

• Prepare, send and track client contracts and invoices
• Chase deposits and balance payments against our payment terms
• Manage client conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram DMs, replying quickly and professionally
• Keep bookings, client records and lead sheets organised and up to date
• Coordinate with our Dubai team so nothing falls through the cracks
• Handle general admin: scheduling, supplier follow-ups, document filing

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in an admin, operations or virtual assistant role (events, hospitality or client-facing work a plus)
• Highly organised; you notice when something’s missing before anyone asks
• Excellent written English, with a warm, polished tone for messaging clients
• Comfortable living on WhatsApp and Instagram for business
• Confident with Google Sheets/Excel and invoicing tools
• Your own laptop, reliable internet, and backup power (UPS or generator)

Details

• Full-time, remote from Pakistan
• Working hours aligned to Dubai: [e.g. 10am–7pm PKT, Monday–Saturday (subject to change)]
• No other jobs or freelance commitments during working hours
• To apply, send your CV and a short note on why you’d be good at this.
