Remote Backend Engineer

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join the OASIS team, responsible for building and maintaining systems that support promotion delivery and optimization within Discovery Mode.

Key responsibilities include owning backend systems for promotion scoring, supporting scalable promotion allocation, collaborating with data and machine learning engineers, and improving system reliability and observability.

Qualifications involve experience with Java or similar languages, interest in data and ML systems, exposure to Scala or Python, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers flexibility with location within North America, primarily operating within the EST time zone.
